Junior C# Developer

Job Description
You will be working on the next generation of products for telecommunications within a vibrant and friendly development team. Elephant Talk is looking to expand its team with bright individuals who are excited by technology.

Design and code communication processes between different systems of a telecom platform.
Do re-engineering of current processes to optimize performance and/or maintainability.
Develop solutions from design documentation that conform to the departments published patterns and practices
Contributing to technical documentation (for example design or developer guides)
Take responsibility for project based tasks focusing on any specific development stage.
This position requires as well limited travels to our customer sites and offshore development facilities.

Requirement

1. A minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in C# or Java developing.
2. University degree or college diploma in computer science or telecommunications or a graduating student .
3. Hands-on knowledge of latest’s .NET Framework versions in C#, or hands-on knowledge of Java Spring framework.
4. MS SQL Server DB knowledge would be an advantage.
5. Experience in transactional, distributed systems and multi-threaded applications.
6. Experience with real time or near-real time high volume telecom IT systems.
7. Understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design fundamentals, and MVC would be a plus.
8. Strong problem solving skills.
9. Good verbal, presentation, and written communications skills for all audiences.
10. It will be very valuable the knowledge of mobile telecom networks
11. Good spoken English; any additional main-stream language skills are advantageous.

Test Analyst

Job Description
You will be responsible for software testing, planning, design, scripting and execution and defect reporting. You will interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives and (aid to) design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases.

Responsibility

1. Join Testing team to assist with the preparation and execution of test plans.
2. Check documentation of functional analysis.
3. Analyze test cases and document findings.
4. Specify requirements relating to test data and test environment needed.
5. Control execution and analyze test results.
6. Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.

Requirement
Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent and experience in the IT industry.
ISTQB Certification an advantage.

Skills and Specifications

Software Development Team Leader

You will be leading the development of components in our home-grown telecom BSS/OSS platform, ETBOSS. Those developments are performed on the back of customer projects, or driven by projects to develop the capabilities of the platform.
