HR Payroll Staff

Deadline: 31 Desember 2014

Responsibility

  1. Prepare and collect monthly employment payroll report (at least more than 86000 employees).
  2. Supervises daily work activities and assigns work; monitors status of work in progress; and inspects completed work.
  3. Answers employee/staff questions during payroll editing and check processing.
  4. Works closely with Information Technology to identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of computer operations, system utilization, response time, and software capabilities/needs.
  5. Works in conjunction with Information Technology to develop, test and implement system upgrades and/or enhancements


Requirement

  1. Male/Female,
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  3. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and familiar handling payroll for at least more than 8000 employees.
  4. Good skills in Excel and HRIS payroll system.
  5. Able to work as a team.
  6. Have an accurate data processing and analytical skills.
  7. Good knowledge in competency based HRM, performance appraisal based on competency, industrial relationship, HR administration and policies.
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Computer literacy and good command in English both spoken and written.


HR Communication Manager

Deadline: 30 November 2014

Job Description

  1. Responsible for overall Human Resources communications strategy in consultation with Human Resources leadership team
  2. Expand range, depth, and effectiveness of content and messaging to elevate awareness and understanding of Human Resources tools, products, processes, policies, and programs.
  3. Responsible for executing on the communication vehicles to support Human Resources recruiting branding strategies, and Human Resources internal branding efforts.
  4. Coordinate local benefits communication efforts with broader benefits communications efforts.
  5. Work collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders both within HR and across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency with broader organizational communication efforts

  1. Experienced in related field for more than 10 years
  2. Bachelor Degree (or above) preferred

MA (Manufacturing Auditor)

Deadline: 31 Oktober 2014

Responsibility

  1. Daily inspections based on basic brand standard.
  2. Labelling DPO and packing inspection.
  3. Coordinate and communicate for quality issue with production, QA or QC to find root cause (trough PDCA process) followed by improvement/action plan until the issue solved.
  4. Audit process and centered ISQ checking.
  5. Conduct and coordinate QA project and PDCA (Plan, Do Create, Action) assigned by Manufacturing Auditor Manager.
  6. Support the progress of NOS trough mindset implementation In Station Quality (ISQ)
  7. Participate in commercialization trials and meetings.
  8. Contribute ideas or suggestions to ensure products are ready for production
  9. Engage in effective communication within the assigned team to maintain a learning environment.
