HR&GA Officer


Job Description

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONSHIP


  1. Drafting and reviewing all company’s contracts and MOU such as Employment Contract, Credit Facility Agreements, Inter Company Loan (Shareholder loan), share sale and purchase contracts, Joint Venture Agreement, Cooperation Agreement (Concession Agreement). 
  2. Provide legal opinions, advices and support other departments in the Company.
  3. Manage requirement document for Administration & Corporate Action.
  4. Ensure that all contract management comply with all relevant Company’s Policies.
  5. Creating, Monitoring and Developed Company Regulation.
  6. Negotiator between Company to Employee and Company to Company in legal aspect.


GENERAL AFFAIR


  1. Developing, maintaining and controlling operational company process. Knowledge of organization, procedures, instruction and guidelines.
  2. Creating Communication Procedure such as data, email, phone, texting, and social media.
  3. Creating work procedure for Office Boy, Courier, Driver and Security.
  4. Maintaining and Scheduling company operational vehicle.
  5. Creating, Controlling and Developing Procedure of company asset lending.
  6. Creating Document Guidelines for office.
  7. Designing office Layout such as Zoning for smoking area, employee cubicle and library.
  8. Developing equipment office procedure.
  9. Maintaining filling and administrative legal document, outgoing and incoming letter, memo and package.
  10. Maintaining hotel and travel agency for employees business trip.
  11. Budgeting equipment and supplies.  


Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  2. Strong communication and dealing skills refer to relationship with other departments or external parties.
  3. Generalist background with broad knowledge of recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee and industrial relations, training and development, performance management, human resources information systems and general affairs.
  4. Think creatively and have a professional work attitude.
  5. Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill.
  6. Effective and professional presentation skill.
  7. Fluent in oral and written English.
  8. Functional excellence in your discipline.
  9. Commercial awareness - understanding about business and how it operates.
  10. Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure.
  11. Good leadership skill.
  12. Fresh graduate are welcome.


TOUR GUIDE OFFICER

Job Description

  1. Merencanakan agenda perjalanan tur baik dari penentuan tempat dan waktu.
  2. Mengkoordinasikan ketersediaan transportasi dari penginapan ke lokasi wisata atau sebaliknya.
  3. Menemani dan memandu para turis yang hendak berkunjung ke spot lokasi wisata.
  4. Tour guide harus mengetahui latar belakang sejarah dari tempat2 wisata yang dikunjungi.
  5. Mengkoordinir para turis agar sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan.


Requirement

  1. Berpenampilan menarik, diutamakan wanita.
  2. Single.
  3. Pendidikan Min D3 Bahasa dan Sastra, Manajemen Pemasaran Pariwisata, Usaha Perjalanan Wisata, Antropologi dan sejenis.
  4. Mengerti atas tugas, kewajiban & tanggung jawab serta penuh inisiatif, proaktif, kreatif dan mandiri.
  5. Energik, teliti, cekatan, disiplin dan loyalitas.


MARKETING OFFICER

Job Description

  1. Memiliki pengetahuan tentang alat-alat kesehatan.
  2. Melakukan proses penjualan mulai dari awal perkenalan, negosiasi sampai dengan pembuatan kontrak dengan pelanggan.
  3. Menyiapkan materi/tools yang akan digunakan dalam proses penjualan ke pelanggan dan melalukan presentasi.
  4. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
  5. Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan.
  6. Membuat laporan penjualan perusahaan.
  7. Melaporkan aktivitas penjualan.
  8. Memiliki motivasi dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan.


Requirement

  1. Berpenampilan menarik, diutamakan wanita.
  2. Single.
  3. Pendidikan Min D3.
  4. Mengerti atas tugas, kewajiban & tanggung jawab serta penuh inisiatif, proaktif, kreatif dan mandiri.

Trainer Health Safety Environment

Job Description

  1. Mampu membuat program kerja K3 dan perencanaan pengimplementasian.
  2. Dapat memastikan berjalannya program SMK3 dan membuat dokumentasikannya.
  3. Mampu membuat laporan dan menganalisis data statistik SHE.
  4. Mampu melakukan peninjauan resiko assessment, SOP/SWP dan JSA.
  5. Mampu melakukan pemeriksaan pada peralatan kerja, tenaga kerja, kesehatan tenaga kerja serta lingkungan kerja.
  6. Terbiasa meninjau keselamatan kerja dan memberikan pelatihan keselamatan.
  7. Mampu melakukan penanggulangan kecelakaan kerja dan melakukan penyelidikan penyebabnya.
  8. Dapat memastikan tenaga kerja telah bekerja sesuai dengan SOP.
  9. Mampu meninjau dan mengarahkan karyawan bekerja sesuai kewajiban dan sesuai dengan sistem operasi perusahaan.

  1. Wanita/Pria berpenampilan menarik.
  2. Pendidikan Min D3, lebih diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen Kesehatan Masyarakat.
  3. Mengerti atas tugas, kewajiban & tanggung jawab serta penuh inisiatif, proaktif, kreatif dan mandiri.
