Senior Quality Engineer

Job Description

Successful candidate will be assigned as Senior Quality Engineer for solar module assembly plant. Scope of responsibilities includes ownership of product quality, qualification of new material & liaising with suppliers & customers.

Responsibility

1. Handles product quality operation (both incoming & outgoing) & work closely with Process Engineering, which includes monitor & trigger operation team in driving improvement to meet quality target & customer expectation
2. Continuously drive suppliers quality index & establish platform for knowledge sharing & performance review.
3. Interface with suppliers & customers on regular basis & build mutual partnership, may require some traveling to supplier site.
4. Assist Purchasing in second source material sourcing & perform necessary qualification together with Engineering & buy-off before full production turn on.

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in either one of the following (Applied Science, Physics, Chemical, Material, Photovoltaic)
2. More than 3 years working experience in semiconductor industry with proven track record  
3. Experience working in MNC semiconductor or solar company is an added advantage
4. Fresh graduate with good & relevant educational background may be considered for junior position.

Knowledge/Skills

1. Strong knowledge in quality improvement/problem solving tools like 8D, FMEA, Why-Why analysis, SPC, statistical data analysis package (eg: JMP software)

3. Solar cell knowledge on cell level & module is highly desirable.

Senior Industrial Engineer & Planner

Job Description
Successful candidate will be assigned as Senior/ Industrial engineer or Planner for solar module assembly plant. Scope of responsibilities includes ownership of product quality, qualification of new material & liaising with suppliers & customers.

Responsibility

1. Assist Production Manager to develop production schedule to meet company needs & coordinating OTD of necessary components & raw materials
2. Forecast material consumption & ensure minimum inventory by applying Just in Time concept.
3. Measure and analyze OEE performance and drive  capacity improvement for production
4. Determine optimum WIP level/ Kanban limits to meet both capacity and Cycle time target
5. Analyze manpower utilization , define standard work flow and improve productivity
6. Recommend methods for waste reduction for improving Capital, Materials, Personnel and Overhead Efficiency

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in either one of the following (Mathematics, Industrial engineering, Photovoltaic)

Staff/Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Description
Successful candidate will be assigned as Reliability Engineer for solar module assembly plant reporting directly to Engineering Director. Scope of responsibilities includes ownership of product reliability, evaluation of new materials & managing state of the art laboratory.

Responsibility

1. Manage PV module testing facility, including relevant technician resources, equipment, and reliability procedures
2. Evaluates, from a reliability standpoint, the materials, properties and techniques used in production.
3. Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability.
4. Develops new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new products, packaging, processes, and product reliability. Makes recommendations for changes in the selection and application of components and systems. May propose changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in either one of the following (Applied Science, Physics or Photovoltaic). Bachelor degree from top tier university would be an advantage.
2. More than 3 years working experience in semiconductor or photovoltaic reliability lab environment.
3. Experience working with an external qualifications organization (UL, IEC, ISO etc) is desired
4. Fresh graduate with good & relevant educational background may be considered for junior position.

Knowledge/Skills

1. Good understanding of reliability concepts, principles, failure modes, failure mechanisms, standards and different types of stresses relevant to the photovoltaic industry.
2. Proficient in basic statistics, and Six Sigma, including advanced predictive design, Design of Experiment (DOE) is desired
3. Proficient in English language both written & orally. Excellent communication skills.
4. Familiarity with solar module BOM testing & reliability would be an added advantage.

Human Resource Executive

Job Description
Successful candidate will be assigned as Human Resource Executive for solar module assembly plant.

Responsibility

1. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
2. Handling insurance-related issues
3. Managing workplace safety issues
4. Training new or existing employees
5. Reviewing resumes and applications
6. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
7. Administration of all contract labor

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development or Business Management.
2. At least 2 years working experience in Human Resource department with proven track record.

1. Providing accurate and timely financial and management report and budgeting.
2. Providing assistance to the Finance and Administration Manager in areas such as the weekly payroll and annual audit.
3. Maintaining and managing petty cash.

Requirement

2. At least 2 years working experience in Finance, Accounting and Admin with proven track record.

Responsibility

1. Handles procurement and logistics of all incoming and outgoing goods on a high professional standard
2. Continuously drive to improve supply chain efficiency and minimizing wastage
3. Ensure smooth product flow from suppliers to production line and further to customers
4. Work with Quality Engineer to continuously improve the quality/cost ratio of product input

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistic, International Business, Industrial Engineering

2. Responsible to maintain high level of discipline among operators & instill 5S culture in production floor activities
3. Devise operational procedure, OPL & process flow; conduct & certify production operators
4. Conduct refresh training & maintain training record as required

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in either one of the following (Manufacturing, Management, Industrial engineering or Photovoltaic)

Senior Equipment Engineer

Job Description

Successful candidate will be assigned as Senior/Equipment Engineer for solar module assembly plant. Scope of responsibilities includes ownership of production equipment, supporting equipment & other engineering peripherals.

Responsibility

1. Responsible for daily equipment availability, respond immediately to any excursion
2. Lead a group of engineering technician & ensure team performance meeting management expectation
3. Create & maintain safe working environment, develop 5S culture & apply throughout plant
4. Define PM frequency, SOP, checklist, process flow; ensure compliance & audit readiness at all time.
5. Establish training program & train engineers, technicians & operators on equipment operation & troubleshooting.
6. Establish equipment spares/consumable monitoring system & involve in second source equipment parts qualification
7. Work with SQE to resolve any customer & supplier product related issue
8. Liaise with equipment supplier to resolve complex tool issues.

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering majoring in either one of the following (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Photovoltaic)

IT Engineer

Job Description
Successful candidate will be assigned as IT Engineer for solar module assembly plant. IT engineer would be responsible for overall company IT infrastructure & provide technical solution for both operation & office demands. This position will reports to IT Manager.

Responsibility

1. Support and maintain secure access to the company servers and network infrastructure
2. Administer network infrastructure and ensure performance to support business operation.
3. Develop the equipment application software.
4. Apply relevant security clearance/restrictions for users accessing company server and network infrastructure
5. Administer servers and systems infrastructure and ensure performance to support business operation
6. Work closely with operation team & provide on time support of MES operation
7. Must be adaptable & willing to work flexible hours to support operation requirement.
8. On call service to support or solve the MES related & IT Related issues
9. Liaise with internal and/or external service provider and vendor for any troubleshooting, maintenance, optimization, implementation/deployment cycle of servers and server room related issues
10. Responsible for IT server room operation.
11. Support / contribute in policy setup and enforcement.
12. Provide 24x7 support to IT operation.

Requirement

1. Minimum degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2. More than 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing sector preferably with exposure in MNC environment

HSE Officer

Job Description
Successful candidate will be assigned as HSE Officerfor solar module assembly plant.

Responsibility

1. Ensure that PT CMU operations are in compliance to various government authorities’ regulations on environmental protection, health & safety.
2. Must be able to take proactive action to implement immediate & effective corrective actions to eliminate safety hazard.
3. To lead in the investigation of accident/incident & EHS non-compliance
4. Conduct periodic EHS assessment (EASI,HIRADC, CHRA) and work out with customer for a sound & safe solution as far as reasonable & practicable
5. Formulate & organize training for all employees/visitors on safety procedures & evacuation protocols. Ensure compliance to safety procedures are adhered by all employees, visitors & contractors.
6. Lead & train cross functional ERT team on emergency response, firefighting & first aid.
7. Establish buy-off procedures with engineering & facility before energize any new machines in production floor.

Requirement

1. Related engineering/science/occupational, safety & health degree with at least 5 years of working experience in the EHS/engineering field preferably in MNC environment.
2. Preferably a registered Safety & Heath Officer
3. Willing to be located at Cikarang

Knowledge/Skills

1. In depth knowledge in Management Systems such as ISO14001, OHSA18001 & ISO9001
2. Well versed in OSHA 1994 Act, Environment Quality Act 1974 & Factories Machineries Act 1967
3. Good working knowledge in ERT, evacuation procedures, fire drills & fire prevention systems, tools & equipment safety, electrical safety, LOTO & related are required.

Facility Engineer

Job Description

Successful candidate will be assigned as Facility Engineer for solar module assembly plant. The position would report to Facility Manager.

Responsibility

1. Work with facility & HSE personnel in maintenance & safety of building & company assets.
2. Ensure buildings & facility equipment are maintained in good service without impacting production downtime
3. Supervise outsource contractors & ensure safety protocols are adhered at all times.
4. Plan& execute periodic maintenance program to ensure all company facilities are working at optimum condition
5. Participate in initiative to conserve energy & improve facility overall cost.
6. Ensure new equipment purchase, installation & buy-off accordance to facility & safety procedures

Requirement

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)
2. Minimum 5 years of  working in similar capacity
3. Experience working in MNC semiconductor or solar company as a Staff/Senior Facility Engineer would be an added advantages.
4. Willing to be located at Cikarang

Knowledge/Skills

1. Broad knowledge of building maintenance (lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, clean water & sanitation, fire hydrant, safety system & others)
2. Strong knowledge & experience in factory utility equipment & system (HVAC, water supply, CDA, cleanroom, HT & LT electrical installation)
3. Relevant work experience in project management, building maintenance, installation & re-layout activities.
