IT Officer
Job Description
We are expanding our bank network in Indonesia and we require an IT Officer to support this business. This position will be ideal for a young IT professional looking to develop and move into a managerial position in due course.
This IT Officer will work together with Indonesian IT Team, especially those who are in charge of financial service project.
Responsibility
- You will work together with Indonesian IT Team and provide full IT support to the business, especially for our bank:
- Maintenance of customer facing website including making changes as and when required by the business.
- Working with IT team of financial product to support and maintain IT related business process.
- Setting up and maintaining core banking system.
- Overall coordination and implementation of IT support to the bank.
- Negotiate with service providers and suppliers.
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years’ experience of working with web sites and mobile applications
- Proven knowledge and experience of working with systems interfaces
- Proven knowledge and experience of providing IT support in a business environment
- Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Fluent in Bahasa (written and oral)

UX Designer
Job Description
We are expanding our company network in Indonesia and we require an UX Designer to support this business. This position will be ideal for a young IT professional looking to develop and move into a managerial position in due course.
This UX Designer will work together with IT Development team.
Responsibility
You will work together with IT Development team and provide full IT support in software development (Website & Mobile Apps) to the business, especially for our financial services company:
- Creating user experience with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development.
- Maintenance of customer facing website including making changes as and when required by the business.
- Working with IT team of financial product to support and maintain IT related business process.
- Overall coordination and implementation of IT support to company.
Requirement
- At least 2 years’ experience of user experience design experience for software, web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and mobile devices.
- Professional level of design and creativity.
- Strong sense of typography, applied colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Strong ability to develop and explain goals, user workflows, and conversion funnels.
- Good personality.
- Experience in working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Intermediate in English (written and oral)
