IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Responsibility
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for customer support services at TRITRONIK via programming customizations, corrections and enhancement for the clients. This person will provide technical support, troubleshoot and repair customer issues for TRITRONIK product lines.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all IT Systems, including Server/Workstation, LAN, WAN and other related systems, includes:
2. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
3. Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems
4. Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training
5. Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT
6. Maintain, monitor, analyze system components and make recommendations regarding computer system security, monitor network, computer and disk utilization
7. Conduct software and hardware evaluations, provide technical analysis and implement systems to meet the company’s IT goals
8. Work with a team to automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by management
10. Responsible for providing technical support coverage during hours assigned
11. Provide patches to clients as appropriate
12. Verify customer issues in the TRITRONIK product lines
13. Provide a knowledge base to internal and external customers on TRITRONIK product lines
14. Provide accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation for inter‐department triage of client issues
15. Work as a team to meet contractual support requirements
16. Have good cross department communication and relationships

REQUIRED:

1. Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major.
2. Must have proficient in:
3. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Communication Protocol
4. Experience with operating system Windows and UNIX/LINUX
5. Java programming, Phyton, Perl, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, PHP
6. Experience with shell scripting
7. Experience with SQL database

PREFERRED

IT OPERATION

Responsibility

1. You will be responsible to provide technical support and maintain products’ on customer’s site.
2. Your work hours will be based on shifts.
3. You will work in teams to provide the best technical support on customer experience.

Your responsibilities and activities include:

1. Monitor the system performance
2. Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred on production system.
3. Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work.
4. Write technical documents and reports for customer.
5. Communicate knowledge and solutions to customer.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES :

1. Diploma degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development related major.
2. Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities
3. Had experiences with Unix/Linuxplatform and shell scripting (sh, bash, korn and perl are preferred).
4. Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred)
5. Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred).
6. Strong communication skills
7. Good time management
8. Can work under pressure and have good stress management

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Responsibility

1. Develop innovative and high quality software in agile teams.
2. Deliver projects on-time.
3. Collaborate actively with stakeholders.
4. Develop automated functional tests.
5. Write essential software documentation effectively.
6. Evaluate and explore new software technologies
7. Solve problems and bugs in an efficient way
8. Maintain standards compliance of code and process methodology

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree of Computer Science/Informatics or related major
2. Have deep knowledge of OOAD and OOP
3. Have 1 year experience minimum in Java EE or Spring framework.
4. Good knowledge of Enterprise Web development
5. Have deep knowledge of database system concept
6. Willing to travel out of town
7. Preferably living/domiciled in Bandung
8. Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Common IT Hardware, Software, Platform and Systems Knowledge:

1. C/C++, Java
2. HTML, JSF, JavaScript, AJAX, PHP
3. REST, SOAP based Web Service
4. Hibernate, MySQL, Oracle SQL
5. Apache Tomcat, JBoss/Wildfly, other Java EE Certified Application Servers.
6. UNIX, Linux, Solaris OS.
