1AB Comms Pte Ltd is specialized in developing software solutions to a variety of industrial worldwide. We are seeking to appoint the following position to be based in Jakarta to support the expansion of our business in Singapore and the AP region.

Position In-Country Manager (1AB/ICM/07)

Deadline: 29 September 2014

Responsibility

Role leader to manage the local manpower in Jakarta office as well as act as coordinator with Head Office
Present weekly and monthly report to the Director of Engineering
Manage the relationship and clear communications between head office, local employees and local customer in Indonesia
Following up potential business opportunity and opening up new market in Indonesia region

Requirement

Bachelor or Master Degree in Management / Computer Science / Communication Engineering.
Strong experience in Project management and project coordination
At least 3 years experience on Managerial Level in Engineering Field
Good team leader and able to work under minimum supervision
Strong personality, have a very high self-discipline, good at documentation and able to work under pressure within the targeted deadline.
Familiar with HR procedures and able to enforce discipline
Knowledgeable in International Business will be an added advantages
