Recruitment Staff (Temporary)

Responsibility

1. Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities at various level of positions including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring i.e. :
2. Send the advertisement to the media (mass media and internet)
3. Input all the aplicants datas into the data bank every week
4. Select application letters and contact candidate fulfilled the qualification to come for psychotest, interview, scoring psychotest, give recommendation result from psychotest
5. Inform the user about the applicants qualifications and prepare schedule for the committee interview
6. Organize the medical check up for the applicants and report the result to the superior
7. Compose written report of job activities weekly, monthly, yearly

Requirement

1. Hold Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Mastering battery test and can make the interpretation.
4. Preferably have experience as a tester in the Bureau of Psychology / Assistant courses Psikodiagnostik
5. Dynamic, initiative, independent and has good analytical thinking, & Computer Literate.
6. Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesia
7. Contract: 6 months

HR Industrial Relation

Requirement

1. Hold minimum Bachelor degree in Law
2. Has 8 Years of experience in Human Resource, at leats 5 years experience in Industrial Relation and Employee Relation
3. Experience in Legal Consultant is preferred
4. Experience in Litigation process at Industrial Relation Court would be an advantage
5. Depth Knowledge in Labor Legislation and Industrial Relation Disputes Settlement (PPHI) both in bipartite and tripartite phase
6. Has experience in dealing with labor Union / Employees in resolving industrial relation issues
7. Willing to listen grievances and inputs from other parties respectfully and trying to find the best solution
8. Good in English both oral and written
9. Able to Work under pressure
10. Good in interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
11. Discipline, tough and high spirit of work

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Logistic Operation

Job Location: Graha Mobisel Lt.5 Jl. Buncit Raya No. 139 Jakarta Selatan

Responsibility

1. Setting infrastructure of logistic for Cement Project of SCG ( Area of related to the job Jakarta, Jabodetabek, Bandung,  Sukabumi, Bayah and West area of Java island)
2. Preparation  contractors (Transporters, Warehouse, Rest area, Stevedore, Port  provider )
3. Preparation of work procedures
4. Manage and controls of contractors operate follow to KPI target.
5. Daily and monthly performance report
6. Manage and controls  safety  activity follow to KPI target.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
4. Language: Good command in English both oral & written
5. Join work with other functions, flexible and able to meet the time limit
6. Good interpersonal, communication skills, personnel development, and honest
