Management Trainee (MT)

Job Description

Management Trainee is a specific designed development program for Experienced Candidates , with the purpose to create a young, ambitious and talented employee in order to have a well equipped, trained and developed to grow in a higher managerial position.

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operation Management from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00 and experienced 5 years in Supply Chain/Production process/Operation Process
2. Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operation Management from reputable University with minimum GPA of 3.00 and experienced 3 years in Supply Chain/Production process/Operation Process
3. Male/Female with min. 25 - 30 years old
4. Have a good attitude, strong vision, good career motivation, integrity, reliable, and good either personality or interpersonal communication
5. Good in English (either spoken and written) and posses a good computer skills
6. Willing to be placed around Indonesia
