Danone Group Indonesia (TirtaInvestama, Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera, SarihusadaGenerasiMahardhika, Danone Dairy Indonesia and Nutricia Medical Nutrition) recruit and develop dynamic, dedicated, and responsive fresh graduates in many universities all over Indonesia. You will experience one year best journey to be our MT STAR. After graduated, in about 2-3 years, you are expected to be a Manager. As our MT STAR, you will get exposure to many valuable opportunities as well as having your own Coach and Mentor in Danone. The open vacancies are MT in these functions : HR, Sales, DANIS (IS), Industrial, SSD, Medical, Suply Chain, Marketing, QA , RnD, Finance, CALRA.

MT Star Requirements :

1. Fresh graduate or working experience are welcome 
2. GPA minimum 3.0 from scale 4.0 
3. Fluent in English

1. MT HR: Psychology, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Law 
2. MT Sales: Any discipline 
3. MT DANIS: Information Technology & Information System 
4. MT Industrial: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering 
5. MT SSD: Engineering Major
6. MT Medical: Public Health, Pharmacy, Biology
7. MT Supply Chain: Engineering Major
8. MT Marketing : Economic & Business, Communication, Social Sciences, Management
9. MT QA : Food Technology, Engineering 
10. MT R&D : Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy 
11. MT Finance : Accounting, Management
12. MT CALRA : Communication, Social Sciences, International Relations, Law
