Marketing: Promotion Manager

Responsibility

Promotion Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for designing, establishing and executing mechanism for Kudo operations. The responsibilities include:

1. Develop campaign program material tailored to related target market and location.
2. Lead the execution of the program.
3. Liaise and engage the partners for any business and marketing related activities.
4. Get feedback from partners and customers.
5. Track the progress of marketing activities, analyze business performance result.

Requirements:

1. S1 from Top universities.
2. Having 2+ year of experience working in marketing and retail promotion.
3. Able to manage external relationship.
4. Having excellent communication skills.
5. Expand and improve the PR and Social Media arenas.
6. Able to build and manage a marketing team using internal and external resources.
7. Having strength in dealing with ambiguity, in a fast paced, growing and changing environment.
8. Strong people management skills along with the ability to grow and develop a cross functional team.

Area Operation Manager

Responsibility

Area Operation Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for designing, establishing and executing mechanism for Kudo operations. The responsibilities include:

1. Design the operation's services and processes, planning the use of human resources.
2. Control and monitor the operations, manage quality and quantity of team productivity.
3. Improve the performance of operation related to response time.
4. Manage issue resolutions in the field through allocated resources.
5. Ensure control of deployment and updates of new products.

Requirements:

1. Having 2-4 year of experience working in operations.
2. Has analytical and operational skills.
3. Like to work on the field and in the team.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Having good leadership skills.
6. Eager to work hard and think out of the box.
7. Having personal transportation is a plus.

Android Developer

Responsibility

Android Developer will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will be responsible for creating the front end Android-based application for tablets as the front end part of our platform.

Requirement

1. Comfortable with Android Studio & Gradle
2. Have a great intuition and keen eye for Android design
3. Have experience building and deploying Android apps
4. Have experience with REST APIs and parsing JSON or XML
5. Ability to pick up different frameworks and techniques with relative ease
6. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
7. Having knowledge of Git, branching and version management

Back-end Developer

Responsibility

Back End Developer will report to the Chief Technology Officer and will responsible for developing high efficiency Java server that handles simultaneous data requests from our system.

Requirement

1. Have experience with Linux/Unix
2. Have experience with (any or all of) PHP ( Yii, Laravel ), Javascript, Apache, Nginx
3. Have experience writing and documenting REST APIs
4. Have experience with cloud infrastructure, VPS, EC2 and S3 ( optional )
5. Ability to pick up different frameworks and techniques with relative ease
6. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
7. Have knowledge of Git, branching and version management
8. Experience in eCommerce framework development is an advantage
