Siam Cement Group(SCG) was founded under the Royal Decree of King Rama VI in 1913, as a means to produce cement product in Thailand and eliminate reliance on imports, and to be a mechanism developing basic infrastructure in the country.

PT Semen Jawa is one of unit business SCG in Indonesia. The First Cement Plant in Sukabumi. The objective of PT Semen JAWA Investment is to construct cement plant in Central Jampang, Nyalindung District in Sukabumi Regency. The plant is approximately 130 km. far from south of Jakarta and 95 km. far from west Bundung. The construction will be started in Q2 of 2013 and expected to fully operate in June 2015.

Total annual cement production capacity is 3.4 million tonnes in which the project is executed under two phases by one year lapse time for each production line.

Recruitment Staff (Temporary)

Job Location: Jakarta

Responsibility

Be responsible for the execution of recruitment and selection activities at various level of positions including sourcing, testing, interviewing, and hiring i.e. :
- Send the advertisement to the media (mass media and internet)
- Input all the aplicants datas into the data bank every week
- Select application letters and contact candidate fulfilled the qualification to come for psychotest, interview, scoring psychotest, give recommendation result from psychotest
- Inform the user about the applicants qualifications and prepare schedule for the committee interview
- Organize the medical check up for the applicants and report the result to the superior
Compose written report of job activities weekly, monthly, yearly

Requirement

1. Hold Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Mastering battery test and can make the interpretation.
4. Preferably have experience as a tester in the Bureau of Psychology / Assistant courses Psikodiagnostik
5. Dynamic, initiative, independent and has good analytical thinking, & Computer Literate.
6. Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesia
7. Contract: 6 months

Logistic Operation

Job Location: Graha Mobisel Lt.5 Jl. Buncit Raya No. 139 Jakarta Selatan


Responsibility

Setting infrastructure of logistic for Cement Project of SCG ( Area of related to the job Jakarta, Jabodetabek, Bandung,  Sukabumi, Bayah and West area of Java island)
Preparation  contractors (Transporters, Warehouse, Rest area, Stevedore, Port  provider )
Preparation of work procedures
Manage and controls of contractors operate follow to KPI target.
Daily and monthly performance report
Manage and controls  safety  activity follow to KPI target.

Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
4. Language: Good command in English both oral & written
5. Join work with other functions, flexible and able to meet the time limit
6. Good interpersonal, communication skills, personnel development, and honest
